    As an indispensable equipment in the spunmelt production line, the daily management of hot rolling mill is as follows:

    1 When the machine is running, personnel are prohibited from entering the space where the hot mill and the net forming platform are connected; Personnel are prohibited from entering the protective network of the drive end for inspection. Do not touch the safety device to avoid shutdown. Do not touch the two heating rollers to avoid squeezing or scalding.
    2 When the oil furnace is heating up, the hot rolling mill must be started and the rolls must be separated to prevent the rolls from being heated and deformed.
    3 The oil furnace temperature rises to the set temperature, and the mill can be put into production without alarm.
    4 In normal production, it is necessary to often observe whether the lubricating oil pump, oil return pressure and oil temperature are normal to prevent bearing damage.
    During the operation of the machine, especially in the production of small quantitative products, personnel are prohibited from walking through the space (channel) below the product, so as not to affect the stable operation of the product and the occurrence of electrostatic discharge.
    6 When the machine is running, attention must be paid to the protection of the machine to prevent upstream hard objects from entering the hot mill and damaging the roll. If this happens, the emergency stop switch should be quickly pressed to stop the operation of the hot mill, and the upper and lower rollers will stop rotating and automatically separate.
    7 When performing hot rolling mill maintenance, the hydraulic pump should be closed to reduce the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil and the wear of the oil pump.
    8 During the heat recovery operation, if the circulating oil pump suddenly stops, the circulating oil pump should be started immediately after the fault is quickly eliminated to avoid local overheating of the thermal oil.
    9 In case of roll entanglement failure or the need to clean foreign bodies on the roll surface, only use tools made of soft metal materials. Do not use hard tools to clean or impact the roll surface.
    10 If a sudden power failure or other failure causes the high temperature roll to stop rotating, it must be manually turned every 10 minutes to turn the roll 180 degrees to prevent permanent deformation of the roll.
    11 During normal shutdown, the hot rolling mill can be stopped only when the oil furnace temperature of the rolling mill is below 80℃, and the power switch on the cabinet is turned off.


    12 To often clean the heating system and the machine drip, leakage of oil, to keep the equipment clean, to avoid pollution of the workshop environment, eliminate safety hazards.
